Dangerous of Obesity

Do you know that obesity is ranked after smoking as the primary reason of deadly illness? If someone exceeds the average Weight will be classified under obesity. Obesity causes negative factors. The two main effects of obesity are health and social life.

Obesity causes serious health issues which result on heart diseases, cancers, and physical movement. Firstly, heart works to pump blood throughout the body. An obese person has more fat which results on high blood pressure. The increases of high blood pressure make heart diseases. After that, any fat person suffers from the cholesterol which is a reason for cancers. The cholesterol average in the body rises up by the fat and the hydrogenates vegetable oils which cause obesity. Finally, the physical movement is so difficult to the obese person. Overweight people suffer from back pain, knee pain, and joints pain. These pains make their movement difficult.

Obesity can negatively affect the social life for an obese person especially in finding job, partner, and transportation method. If anyone wants to get a job, there will be many processes for the assigned job. Medical fit is one of those processes. Most companies in the world have special specifications for body fitting in each job, so there will be difficulty for an obese person to find a job. Then, it will not be easy to find a partner. For example, if someone is overweight and wants to get married, he will not find any girl accept to be his wife because he does not have a good look impression. Next, fat
people have a problem in finding a suitable transportation method. Trains, airplanes, buses, and cars have regular seats which are not fitting for fat people.

To conclude, the effects of obesity still making everyone unhealthy, and unsociable. In my opinion, everyone should watch out their food and do exercises to prevent their health. Also, everyone has to check up regularly by medical tests.
